Insurance Flow is a low code digital asset built on top of Azure Logic apps and integrated with the Duck Creek platform to provide insurance domain APIs.
The platform provides an easy way to connect to Duck Creek from direct and indirect channels. The business flows & orchestration can be achieved using drag-and-drop code components. The indirect channel allows us to expose the domain services to third-party insurance aggregators using the standard ACORD format.
Solution Need
The business functions in insurance are complex and they often need to connect to multiple systems like risk assessment, policy administration system to achieve a single business operation. This requires a process orchestration engine. Coforge has built business flows in Azure Logic apps and integrated it with the Duck Creek platform that can be consumed from internal apps or can be consumed and customized based upon partner needs. The drag-and-drop functionality integrated with the DevOps pipeline allows quick modification and deployment of business flows.
